PT Meritz Korindo Insurance is looking for Legal & Compliance Officer
Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Bachelor degree majoring in Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
• Have an experience minimum 2 years as Legal & Compliance from General Insurance Company
• having good knowledge in legal and case analysis
• Familiar with OJK Regulation and do compliance matters to OJK
• English : – Spoken : Medium ; – Written : Good ;
• Strong communication, interpersonal skill and analytical thinking
•High Integrity, high sense of commitment, responsible, disciplined, hard working, willing to learn and has good initiative.
Responsibilities :
– Drafting and reviewing corporate agreement and corporate legal, related matters as well as ensuring corporate compliance,
– Planning, monitoring and controlling of all compliance aspect in the organizations to support decision making process to achieve company objectivities.
– Prepare and support legal document for others department
– To make sure that the company complies with OJK regulations and notifying all departments about the report that must be provided
– manage and maintain relationship with any third parties and regulator (OJK, Notary, AAUI, etc)
