Establish General Insurance company “PT. Asuransi Hanjin Mitra” by Oriental Fire & Marine Insurance (currently Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance Company Ltd) and Korindo Group.
1998
Starting business as a general insurance company by writing business Fire, Property All Risk, Marine Cargo, Marine Hull, Contractors All Risks, Erection All Risks, General Liability Insurance and Etc.
1999
Changed the company’s name to PT. Asuransi Hanjin Korindo
2012
Increased the paid up capital to IDR 45 billion.

Changed the company’s name to PT. Meritz Korindo Insurance
